Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We want you to love every piece you receive from AJ357 Studio.
If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery.

• Returns are accepted for any reason within 14 days of receiving your item.

• We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size or item, please place a new order.

• All returned items must be in the same condition as when received — unworn, unwashed, and with any original tags still attached.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping is a one-time service and cannot be reimbursed once the order has been dispatched.

• We can provide a return shipping label upon request. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund once the return is processed.

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
