Vintage Chore Jackets

Vintage chore jackets are one of the most iconic pieces of traditional workwear. Originally designed for workers in factories, farms, and workshops, chore jackets were built to be durable, practical, and comfortable for long working days.

During the late 19th and early 20th centuries, chore jackets became standard garments for workers across Europe and the United States. In France they were known as "bleu de travail", a simple but highly functional work jacket made from strong cotton fabrics designed to protect clothing while working.
